amazing stay!
friendly servicespacious roomperfect temperature
i was met with such friendly service when the taxi dropped me off and the staff immediately handled my luggage i was so ready for this vacation. the large pool was the perfect temperature at 11am plus there was plenty of space for swimmers and loungers it was a dream.
during my stay i noticed some maintenance work in front of the rooms there was a slight paint smell in the mornings.

the room was quite nice with a balcony pool view it had great natural light. daily cleaning kept everything super clean which i really appreciated. the provided amenities.

the terrazzo restaurant stood out with really good dishes which i enjoyed. i found diverse options that were delicious and satisfied my cravings. the breakfast buffet was amazing offering a wide array of choices.

the staff were helpful and always respectful i could not ask for better service. their warm welcomes and assistance. every request was met with a smile.

the two swimming pools were fabulous offering great views from my room. there's also a funlab plus a well-equipped gym i couldn't have asked for more. the kids club provided excellent activities.

this hotel is close to the beach and i only needed to cross the road to be on the sand it was very convenient. shopping and a mall were also nearby within walking distance. i loved the central spot.

the staff was amazing. my room was clean and well maintained every day, this was nice. the location is excellent, really close to everything i needed.
i felt unwelcome at check in. the first thing they said was i cannot use a pool because i stayed in a different wing, how weird. the food and drinks are overpriced plus not very high quality, not good value.

the breakfast had a wide selection. there was something for everyone, including indian options and american-style doughnuts.
the room i was initially given smelled strongly of sewage. it was also quite small for four people. the bathroom lacked a barrier for the bathtub, resulting in water all over the floor after showers!

My room was not well-soundproofed. I heard frogs croaking all night from the hotel's decorative pond. Every day after cleaning, the staff reset the air conditioning to ten degrees, even after my multiple requests to reception that they not do this.

The hotel's location provided convenient access to the beach.
I encountered several maintenance issues in my room. The shower door did not close properly, and the water pressure was low. There was also a noticeable bad smell upon entering the room, not pleasant and detracted from my overall comfort .
